We’ve updated WaniKani so that it now accepts answers in Lessons and Reviews when you use a mix of hiragana and katakana such as below:
If you’ve had trouble with autocapitalization on your keyboard in the past, this shouldn’t affect your results on WaniKani anymore. The answer will be marked as correct, regardless of the kana you use.
If you just put in the wrong answer, however, you’ll still be marked as wrong. Sorry, can’t help you there.
